Register your facility with Edo HERMA
Follow these steps to complete your registration and start using EDOHERMA services
Register with a valid and active email address. A verification code will be sent to your email. You must verify your email to activate your account.
Tip: Use an email you check regularly - all notifications will be sent there!
After successful verification, login with your email and the password you created during registration.
On your dashboard, you'll see a list of all available services. Use the search and filter options to find the service you need.
Click on any service to read the application requirements before applying.
Click "Apply" on your chosen service. You'll be directed to make payment using available methods:
Bank transfer details: The current authorised account options and your payment reference will be shown when you start an application.
Important: For faster processing, do direct bank transfer and upload your payment proof immediately.
After making payment, upload your payment proof (screenshot or receipt). Our accounts team will verify and confirm your payment.
You'll receive an email notification once your payment is confirmed.
Once payment is confirmed, carefully fill in all required data. Prepare all your documents beforehand - preferably in PDF or image format (JPG, PNG).
Tip: Have these ready before starting: facility license, professional certificates, staff list, facility photos, etc.
Submit your application and wait for review. You'll receive email notifications at every stage:
